Scope and contact

This notice explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on The PXM Hub website. The website contact is The PXM Hub, Italian VAT and tax code: 02806650392. For information or to exercise your rights, use the email address below.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored by your browser on your device. They can be necessary to operate a service or used for statistics, profiling or advertising. Other storage or identification technologies can serve similar purposes.

Browsing and website content

The application code does not set its own cookies, store preferences in localStorage or sessionStorage, or integrate visitor analytics, advertising pixels or profiling tools. Language selection uses page URLs, without a language cookie. Forms use temporary page state; responses are not stored in browser cookies.

Access, authentication and infrastructure

The website is hosted on OpenAI Sites. Access to the website, when required, and to the administration area uses ChatGPT authentication. The hosting infrastructure and sign-in service may use technical identifiers for sessions, authentication and security. These are separate from cookies set by application code. Their names, domains, expiry and processing depend on OpenAI and the session; consult your browser settings and the OpenAI notice linked below. The PXM Hub does not set a separate lifetime for these service identifiers.

OpenAI documents the following technical identifiers for Sites services. Their presence depends on the sign-in or preview flow: this list does not mean every identifier is installed on each visit. Lifetimes are those declared by the provider as of 29 October 2026; actual domain and expiry can be checked in your browser.

Consent and optional technologies

The website application does not activate optional analytics or marketing cookies or similar technologies. Identifiers strictly necessary to deliver a service you request do not require prior consent under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code; users must still be informed. If optional technologies are introduced, this notice and appropriate choices will be provided before activation wherever consent is required.

External links and documents

Links to LinkedIn, vendors, partners and other websites open external services. This website does not embed their tracking widgets. Once you follow a link, the visited service’s notices apply. Email links open your chosen email application; Resources PDFs are downloadable documents and do not require application profiling cookies.

Managing cookies and your rights

Your browser’s Privacy or Security settings let you view website data, check domains and expiry, and block or delete cookies. Removing technical identifiers may require you to sign in again or prevent some restricted functions from working. For processing under The PXM Hub’s responsibility, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection where applicable under the GDPR, contact us by email. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
